Extremely helpful for finding local public health or community mental health centers where people with limited or no means/money can get mental health care. Also extremely useful as a source of basic mental health statistics on a state by state level. USA information only. PSI is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization that has worked for over two decades to help people who live with certain chronic illnesses or conditions locate suitable health insurance coverage and access ways to satisfy expensive co-payments. PSI provides assistance with the cost of health insurance premiums associated with COBRAs, State High Risk Pools, Open enrollment, Guaranteed Issue policies, HIPAA conversion policies; and prescriptions co-payments associated with private insurance as well as with Medicare Parts B and D. The website provides extensive lists of resources about chronic conditions and links, as well as an application form to apply for help from their program.

Their vision is to ensure that no patient goes without health care because they cannot afford it. The website includes extensive information about the program including diseases/conditions covered, a quick test to see if you may be eligible, and application information. They also provide links to additional resources that may provide copay assistance for specific conditions.

The goal of the FamilyWize® partnership is to reduce the cost of medicine for children, families and individuals by $100 million. They deliver these savings by distributing free prescription drug discount cards. These cards are provided free of charge to the organizations and agencies helping to distribute the cards and to the people receiving the cards. The website provides the ability to search by state and find local agencies that are distributing the cards.
